Why I built DevDrill
I didn't build DevDrill because the world needed another coding platform.
I built it because I needed one.
When I started teaching myself to code at 14, every platform I tried felt either too passive — just watching videos — or too isolated — grinding alone with no one to compete against or learn with. I wanted something that pushed me like a drill sergeant but taught me like a mentor.
So I built it. What started as a personal question bank turned into a full platform with adaptive quizzes, live competitive drills, and now a structured Academy. Every feature exists because I personally felt the gap it fills.
I'm 16, I'm from Nigeria, and I'm proof that you can build something real with nothing but discipline and time. DevDrill is my evidence — and yours to train with.
